CONDITIONS TO MEMBERSHIP
The following are eligible for Membership of the Chamber:-
(a) Any company of other corporate body (Incorporated under any Law or having place of business registered in Sri Lanka under the Companies Laws of Sri Lanka) carrying on any business in Sri Lanka;
(b) Any partnership (registered in Sri Lanka under any Law or Statute) carrying on any business in Sri Lanka;
(c) Any individual carrying on any business (registered under any Law or Statute relating to Business Name) in Sri Lanka; and
(d) Any Association and/or other institution (incorporated in Sri Lanka under any Law or Statute) which are performing a role relevant to and or connected with trade, industries or commerce in Sri Lanka.
SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO BE ELECTED A MEMBER OF THE CHAMBER AFTER BEING DULY PROPOSED AND SECONDED, SUBJECT TO THE DECISION OF THE COUNCIL.
