The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka in association with the Ministries of Export Development & International Trade, Industrial Development Board, Enterprise Development & Investment Promotion, Sri Lanka Export Development Board, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Department of Commerce, Sri Lanka Tea Board and Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau held “INTRAD-EXPO 2010” International Trade Fair & Investor Forum from 07th to 09th May 2010 at the BMICH, Colombo 07.

Hon. D.M. Jayaratne Prime Minister was the Chief Guest and Hon. G.L.Peiris Minister of External Affairs, was the Guest of Honour at the inauguration Ceremony at the BMICH.

Many Foreign Investors from India, Pakistan, Israel, Ukraine, Malaysia and France participated in this Event. Presentations were made by Mr. A. M. C. Kulasekera and Mr. V. D. Wickremarachchi whose presentations encouraged Foreign Investors to come to Sri Lanka. Mr. Mangala Yapa, and Mr. Sanjay Tiwari also shared their experience in Investing in Sri Lanka which gave confidence to the Foreign Investors.
