Trade and Investment Promotion
In order to provide greater opportunities for members and others in trade and investment promotion, the Chamber has set up a special unit NCCSL Trade Links that provides an array of services. Most of the services are free for members. Members may have to pay for some classified information.
Trade Links
NCCSL Trade Links can also function as the Trade Promotion Centre (TPC) for different countries that do not have their own established centres. This is the most effective way to promote the country's business.
Create awareness about business opportunities in the country through regular news releases, meetings, seminars, etc.
Logistics arrangements for trade delegations visiting Sri Lanka and organising one to one meetings.
Arranging meetings with key government officials
Arranging exhibition in Sri Lanka.
Arranging business delegations from Sri Lanka to participate in exhibitions and tread fairs overseas.
National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka was awarded a Prestigious Award
by the World Chamber Congress
The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) was awarded a prestigious award by the World Chamber Congress at the sixth World Chamber Competition conducted recently in Malaysia. The Chamber has been selected for implementing the ”Most Successful Small Business Project” which led to develop the small business in the rural Sri Lanka.
51st Annual General Meeting of NCCSL
The Chamber held its 51st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9th February 2010 at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Galadari, Colombo. The business Session commenced at 5.00 p.m and was followed by the ceremonial sessions with Cocktails.

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka in association with the Ministries of Export Development & International Trade, Industrial Development Board, Enterprise Development & Investment Promotion, Sri Lanka Export Development Board, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Department of Commerce, Sri Lanka Tea Board and Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau held “INTRAD-EXPO 2010” International Trade Fair & Investor Forum from 07th to 09th May 2010 at the BMICH, Colombo 07.
